I am a new vegetarian, and am also giving up all products that have been tested on animals. My Mom has been giving me a hard time about how buying me Animal friendly brands cost 5x more. I have found all kinds of cruelty free brands, but I`m still looking for a Deodorant and shaving cream alternetive that isnt really expensieve and is sold at regular stores like Target Meijers, or cvs.

The economy isn’t at its best and that’s put us all back. I’m all for animal rights and just now found out the shampoo i use (Dove) is owned by people who test (or torture there really isn’t a difference) on animals. I’m looking for a cheap (super cheap) product that is not tested on animals. Can I get any help?

I live in the UK and have recently turned into a vegetarian but was looking for an alternative of Converse (Owned by Nike, who use sweatshop labour) or shoe maker (Non leather and cruelty free). If you have any ideas, I’d greatly appreciate them. 10 points are up for grabs.
